I’ve been coming here for over 20 years as this location is a few minute walk from my house. And I haven’t always had horrible customer service, but over the years service has declined. I don’t know where they get their rules/practices, but it definitely doesn’t seem in alignment with service I get from all the other CVS pharmacies I’ve been to over the years. Where other CVS locations will go out of their way to be helpful/find the information needed to get you your medicine, the workers at this pharmacy do not. The pharmacist (“Kha”) went as far as to accuse me of being on three-way with my “insurance company” and conning them (CVS) for my asthma medication, when I expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time for my medicine. This will be my last time filling a prescription here because it’s not ok to accuse sick people, who need their medication, of being dishonest.
